Relationship Manager

A rare opportunity has arisen for an account/relationship manager to join a Global financial services and payment provider in a client facing role.

As part of the Relationship Management Sales team the Business Education Consultant will be responsible for designing and promoting training and development packages to clients within the retail financial services industry.

By managing relationships and contacts with clients across Europe you will analyse their training needs on the products and services offered by the employer. By offering clients within your portfolio consultative advice through analysis and workshops, you will assess their L & D requirements and advise on the appropriate training packages.

You will also be responsible for project managing the development of new education and learning products/solutions which enhance and drive business performance.

You should have excellent presentation skills, project management experience as well as cards experience. Candidates without prior cards experience will not be considered. Ideally the chosen candidate will also have learning and development or consultancy experience.
