Learning Support Assistant (minimum six months experience req.)

A well resourced SEN school in the heart of Southwark are recruiting for a number of experienced Learning Support Assistants to work on a 1:1 basis.

The school caters for secondary aged pupils who have complex needs, which include Autism, physical and sensory needs and emotional behavioural difficulties. Teaching staff and management are incredibly supportive and experienced, and create a community feel throughout the school.

Successful candidates will need to be adaptable and have a minimum of 6 months experience with pupils who had complex needs.

Please note the following requirements prior to applying for this position:
- You must have good spoken English;
- You must have a minimum of 6 months child related experience;
- Your CV must cover the last 5 years employment history and any employment breaks must be explained;
- You need to supply two recent references of which one must be from a school setting;
- This position is subject to an Enhanced CRB Disclosure.
