Interim Group Financial Accountant

An international Blue-chip Company requires an individual to work closely with the Group Financial Controller by maintaining the financial reporting systems and by working closely on IFRS conversion project.

You will be required to work closely with the management accountant on technical accounting issues and assist in the setting up of cash flow reporting into Cognos. Responsibilities will include:

- Co-ordinate reporting in Cognos of recently acquired business abroad
- Track and document a finance manual, including new IFRS accounting policies
- Work closely with international business in conversion of IFRS
- You will also be required to have had experience of large consolidation packages

The ideal candidate will be ACA qualified (or overseas equivalent) and have preferably worked in an overseas business . You will require a strong IT aptitude and excellent communication skills. It is important that you have worked in a deadline driven environment previously.
