Secondary Teaching Ass't (must have min. six mths experience)

A primary PRU in Croydon are recruiting an experienced Teaching Assistant to work with a Key Stage 2 class.

The position is to start after the Easter break and will continue into the new academic year.

To qualify for this role you must have experience of working with students who have SEBD as they can present very challenging behaviour at times. Experience of “team teach” training is an advantage, however they are open to offering training to the right person.

The right person for this job will have a great sense of humour and calming personality.

Please note the following requirements prior to applying for this position:
- You must have good spoken English;
- You must have a minimum of 6 months child related experience;
- Your CV must cover the last 5 years employment history and any employment breaks must be explained;
- You need to supply two recent references of which one must be from a school setting;
- This position is subject to an Enhanced CRB Disclosure.
