3rd/4th Level Infrastructure Support

3rd/4th level Infrastructure Analyst required for superb opportunity with prestigious company based in Worthing, West Sussex. This senior technical support role will entail resolving 3rd and 4th line infrastructure support issues and incidents. The successful candidate will have extensive experience (3+ years) of IT infrastructure support and troubleshooting in a large corporate environment (1000+ users.) You will capable of troubleshooting an MPLS based multi site WAN and setting up a VMWare environment with SAN from scratch. MCSE or MCITP accreditation is essential for this role. Ideally you will have ITIL accreditation to at least foundation level.

Essential Technical Skills:

MCSE and ITIL (foundation) qualified
Windows Server 2003/8
Active Directory
MS Exchange 2003
TCP/IP, DNS, WINS, DHCP, VPN, MPLS WAN/LAN, Terminal Service
Proxy Servers
Clustering Windows Server
Fiber & iSCSI

In additon, the following skills are desirable:

Juniper, Cisco PIX, ISA 2006
Extreme
Symantec Netbackup, Backup Exec 12.5
EqualLogic SAN and Storage Replication, Routing & SAN Switching
VoIP
Sophos Antivirus
BGP, OSPF, ITSELF, SNMP
VMWare ESX 3.5 & VSphere
